Minimum Requirement

1. Degree in Law.
2. Prior experience is not required but would be an added advantage. Freshers preferred. 
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Professional Fluency in English and Tamil.

 Job Responsibilities 

As an Associate, your primary responsibility Would include the following:

1. Prepare legal opinion, property due diligence and asist in registration before Sub-Registrar Offices. 
2. Draft case pleadings to be filed before Courts and Tribunals. 
3. Represent and argue cases before the Madras High Court and Subordinate Courts of Tamil Nadu. 
4. Filing and allied section work before Court/Tribunal Registry. 
5. Contract drafting, review and negotiations. 
6. Legal Research
