Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school or related field
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research on various legal matters
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and more
• Assisting lawyers and legal professionals in court proceedings and meetings
• Preparing legal briefs and memorandums
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
